Come spend a week immersed in the magical Baja, Mexico with Dr. Amanda Ferraro PT, DPT, RYT, BMR. Together we’ll move through intentional yoga flows, guided meditation, and breathwork practices. Our days will be filled with hiking, swimming, sun-soaked relaxation, and thoughtfully curated workshops. All while being immersed in the beautiful nature of Baja.

Where We’re Staying
Yandara Yoga Institute is a private, beachfront yoga retreat center in Baja Mexico, located just one hour north of Cabo San Lucas along the Pacific coast. You’ll stay in one of the beautifully appointed luxury cabanas, fully furnished and equipped with electricity.
The Food
Nourish your body with delicious, local meals. Prepared by experienced chefs. Enjoy a Variety of vegetarian, vegan, fish and egg options crated to enhance your wellness journey. The abundant meals are prepared with love and with quality, local ingredients. The kitchen team works closely with unique dietary needs - allergies and special diets (gluten, dairy free and veagn) are easily accommodated.
