This intimate experience is limited to 10 participants, allowing Amanda to offer personalized guidance, proper alignment and precise cuing throughout each class. Yoga
Twice a day yoga classes led by Dr. Amanda Ferraro, PT, DPT, RYT.
Start your morning with an energizing Vinyasa class- linking breath to movement and cultivating mindful body awareness.
Wind down the evenings with Therapeutic Yoga - A fusion of Yin/Restorative yoga and Physical Therapy techniques. This class combines the deep, sustained postures of yin/restorative with the therapeutic benefits of Physical Therapy. Students receive hands-on adjustments and manual techniques (massage).
*All mats and props will be available if you do not wish to travel with your own
