    • Comprehensive movement & strength assessment

    • Dynamometer testing

    • MVA testing

    • 6 weekly 1:1 sessions

    • Individualized programming (1–2 independent sessions per week)

    • Exercise tracking tools

    • Progressive load and technique refinement

    • Re-assessment and measurable progress review

    For clients who complete the Intensive and want continued progression.
