Join us for a 4-day retreat along the Trinity River—a chance to re-center and reconnect with yourself. Through daily yoga, sound healing, a cacao ceremony, massage, and a nourishing self-care spa, you'll be supported in returning to your natural state of balance and ease.
Yoga
Twice a day yoga classes led by Dr. Amanda Ferraro, PT, DPT, RYT.
Start your morning with an energizing Vinyasa Flow - linking breath to movement and cultivating mindful body awareness.
Wind down the evenings with Therapeutic Yoga - A fusion of Yin/Restorative yoga and Physical Therapy techniques. This class combines the deep, sustained postures of yin/restorative with the therapeutic benefits of Physical Therapy. Students receive hands-on adjustments and manual techniques (massage).
*All mats and props will be available if you do not wish to travel with your own
